By offering practical training courses related to the most frequent workforce relations questions, HR seeks to empower team members, strengthen institutional effectiveness, and cultivate a supportive and engaging work environment.

The Division of Human Resources is thrilled to introduce a new training series that will equip you with the essential tools and techniques to foster engagement, satisfaction and growth within your team. Each module of the Retention Strategy Series is meticulously crafted to provide actionable insights, practical strategies, and engaging conversations to drive real results in your team.
The Retention Strategy Series explores several key pillars of effective retention strategies, including Feedback Conversations, Stay Conversations, Career Conversations, and GROW Conversations. This multi-part series is offered virtually via Zoom. While the modules build upon each other, each course can be enjoyed as a stand-alone learning opportunity. Each module is offered on a variety of different days each month, but the same content will be covered in each session.

- You will be directed to a page with a calendar. Using the Campus drop-down menu located above the calendar, select Online
- Using the embedded calendar, choose the appropriate date, then click Select next to the course title
- Click the Enroll in Venue button to register
