Employment Verification
– Experian Employer Name: Texas Tech University System
Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ has begun using , an income and employment verification company, to execute employment and wage verification requests of current and former employees. Experian provides immediate access to employment and wage data to securely deliver employment information to requestors, such as banks or government agencies.
The Experian employment verification process is secure. Not only does Experian validate the identity of all users of its system prior to allowing access to sensitive employee data, but a complete audit trail of every verification is created. Verifiers who need support with verifications of employment may reach out to Experian at 1-404-382-5400 or by email at verify.support@experian.com. Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ team members also have the ability to request social service requests within the Experian Portal using their own Experian account. Please visit to create a personal account. For instructions, download the Employee Guide
Verification requests requiring information prior to January 1, 2020, as well as requests to verify prior state service, should be submitted to hscrecords@ttuhsc.edu via email.
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is qualified as an eligible employer for the Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. All PSLF verification forms (whether submitted manually or through the PSLF Help Tool administered by the U.S. Department of Education) should indicate hscrecords@ttuhsc.edu as the authorized signer for Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ.

Retirement and Retirees
Texas Tech System retirees have much to look forward to, and we're here to help guide you. Benefits-eligible employees are automatically enrolled as members in the Teachers Retirement System of Texas (TRS).
