Dr. Randall serves as the inaugural Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Most recently, Dr. Randall served as Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer. She has held leadership roles at Murray State University, Texas Tech University, and a variety of non-profit community organizations. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, where she received a doctorate in leadership and learning in organizations.
As Vice President and Chief Experience Officer, Dr. Randall is responsible for oversight and management of Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ’s efforts to strengthen our culture of achievement for learners and team members while guiding the integration of university strategy across the Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ enterprise. She also collaborates with the Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ community to implement strategic initiatives that reflect and acknowledge the needs and experiences of learners and team members. Dr. Randall serves as a member of the President's Cabinet and Council Chairs.

Adam McKee is the Assistant Vice President for People and Values for Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ. Adam
leads the Office of People and Values, which ensures a sustainable values-based organizational environment that champions
growth and development opportunities for all Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ team members and learners. He
is responsible for directing and implementing all aspects of our People Development
programs and Values-Based Culture initiatives in alignment with Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ’s strategic
objectives.

Justin White is the Assistant Vice President for University Strategy at Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ. In this role, he defines and manages the institutional strategic planning process and oversees progress made towards objectives set forth in the University Strategic Plan through collaborative efforts across the Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ enterprise. Justin supports the Division as a leader in identifying opportunities for the university to continue its growth and improvement. He serves as a liaison for Schools, divisions, and campuses in aligning their strategic priorities with those of the institution. As part of ensuring this alignment, Justin serves as Chair of the President's Advisory Board and works closely with each of the university's Councils.

Matt Hernandez serves as the Director of Institutional Excellence & Culture at Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ.
He has experience leading a variety of educational initiatives for students, faculty,
and staff in the Division of Student Affairs at Texas Tech University. While at TTU,
he received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Higher
Education Administration. Matt is currently a graduate student at the University of
Michigan in the School of Public Health.
At Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Matt's portfolio includes institutional climate assessment, planning and implementing change management methods, and a variety of strategic initiatives related to the values-based culture at the Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ enterprise.

Doris Hereford has been employed at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center since 2017. Doris serves as Assistant Director of Student Life in the Division of Student Affairs and supports the efforts related to learner experience and culture. Doris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kaplan University and a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Texas Tech University.
Doris loves collaborating with learners and supporting their education and wellbeing. In her role, Doris ensures learners have access to the many initiatives led by the Division of Institutional Excellence and Culture to ensure their experiences are represented in decision-making processes.
Michelle Perez

Michelle Perez is the Senior Administrative Assistant for the Division. Her role includes managing administration for the Division's staff in addition to programmatic support. Michelle is the point-of-contact for scheduling matters for Dr. Randall and general inquiries regarding the Division's operations.
