Electives
Required Electives
Residents are required to take three of the following available electives within their first two years:
- Cardiology
- Endocrinology
- Hematology/Oncology
- Infectious Disease
- Neurology
- Pulmonology
Additionally, at least one of the electives below is required:
- Allergy and Immunology
- Gastroenterology
- Genetics
Additional Electives
In order to meet an individual resident's educational and career objectives, other electives may be arranged.
- Child Abuse and Neglect
- Child Psychiatry
- Clinical or Basic Research
- Dermatology
- Ophthalmology
- Orthopedics
- Otolaryngology
- Pediatric Anesthesia
- Pediatric Surgery
