Selection Process
The selection process at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center begins only when the application file is complete. All application files that are complete on or before the application deadline will be reviewed by the Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ Pain Management Fellowship Selection Committee and selected applicants will be notified if an interview is granted. Materials received after the application deadline will not be considered. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that their application file is complete.

- Dean's Letter
- Medical School Transcript(s)
- Certificate(s) of Previous Training in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine Rehabilitation
***Please note that in order to be considered, all applicants must be eligible to apply for a Texas license. Review the Texas Medical Board physician license . As well as having completed an ACGME Accredited Anesthesiology or PM&R Residency prior to beginning our fellowship in July.
Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ participates in the for selection of new fellows.
We will begin accepting applications for the next years fellowship positions starting December 1 of each year. The application deadline for the next years fellowship positions will be May 31 of each year.
Interview days will be in July or early August of each year.
We will accept 2-3 fellows in July of each year that is dependent on funding availability.
Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine has adopted a policy of accepting only international medical graduates with J-1 visas into the residency training programs.
