The procedure for developing a faculty-led program at a new site is outlined below. A new site is defined as a site at which Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ has not previously been engaged (no previous faculty-led programs or agreements) or a site at which there was a previous agreement, but the agreement expired and was not renewed.

Development and Execution

Future Programs

Each future program offered at the approved site requires the completion of the Development and Execution phase outlined above. This includes the completion and approval of a Faculty-led International Program Proposal and pre-departure requirements. 

Strategic Plan

After demonstrated success and sustainability of the international program site, the faculty champion will be required to submit a strategic plan to the Office of Global Health. The Office of Global Health will contact the faculty champion with the necessary templates to be used for development of the strategic plan.
