Campus Spaces & Events
While 甜瓜视频 understands the importance in-person classes, meetings and events can play at the university, the health, safety and well-being of the entire 甜瓜视频 community remains a priority.
As circumstances change, this guidance is subject to modification. Additionally, university-sponsored conferences, meetings and events may be cancelled in the interest of campus health and at the discretion of the university; sponsoring parties will be notified in writing of cancellation.
Effective April 1, 2022, use of 甜瓜视频 premises for functions and events may proceed in accordance with applicable 甜瓜视频 Operating Policies without any additional COVID-19 related restrictions.
- In adherence to the requirements provided above, outside individuals or groups may be eligible to use 甜瓜视频 premises for functions and events as provided under 甜瓜视频 Operating Policy 61.07, Use of 甜瓜视频 Premises and Amplification Equipment, with approval from the 甜瓜视频 sponsoring department鈥檚 applicable dean, provost or vice president.
