Discover why we're among the nation's top-rated pharmacy schools.

Expert Clinical Training
Our students receive extensive clinical training from expert faculty, and earn a concentration in special populations for their training in geriatrics, pediatrics and rural/underserved pharmacy. Graduates praise the high quality of their hands-on experiences.
Proven Success
We offer the nation’s largest dual Pharm.D./MBA program and our Pharm.D. graduates achieve overall first-time NAPLEX exam pass rates higher than state and national averages. The 2023 graduating class achieved 97% job placement within one year of graduation.
Outstanding Faculty
Our program shines with exceptional faculty and a low student-to-faculty ratio. Faculty lead in critical fields such as ambulatory care and geriatrics.

One Program, Many Pathways

With multiple location options, students can tailor their learning experience to fit their needs, connecting with experts and peers across locations.

Traditional pathways offer classes in Abilene, Amarillo, Dallas, and Lubbock for a full-time, in person experience.

The Pioneer Pathway blends distance learning with hands-on experiences, offering a balanced hybrid model. Accreditation of the Doctor of Pharmacy program is affirmed for all pathways through June 30, 2028.

Exceptional Pharmacy Education

Build valuable connections with faculty through a variety of experiences.

Customized Learning
Through partnerships with other Texas Tech schools, our students have the opportunity to complete joint PharmD/MBA or PharmD/MPH degrees in four years. Research-minded students can complete an honors program in research to diversify their skill set.
