Physical therapy students help local food bank efforts

A group of Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ physical therapy students, faculty and alumni in Amarillo spent a few hours Nov. 30 packing boxes with holiday meal ingredients at the High Plains Food Bank. The contingent packed enough boxes in two hours to provide 6000 meals. 


Amarillo grad students receive travel scholarships

Three graduate students from the Graduate Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences (GPPS) recently received travel scholarships to attend to attend conferences related to their research. 


GSBS selects Dean's Scholar Award honorees

In support of its goal of recruiting and retaining the best quality student, Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ’s Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences (GSBS) recently selected Md. Abul Kaisar and Nehal Gupta as the latest recipients of the Dean’s Scholar Award. 


Amarillo Staff Senate hosts 2017 "Deck the Halls" contest

The Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ Staff Senate in Amarillo hosted its "Deck the Halls" holiday door decorating contest last month. 


Two long-time Amarillo employees retire

Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ at Amarillo recently said farewell and best wishes to two long-standing employees -- Paul Tullar, M.D., and Sherry Skidmore.
